Soccer Programs

Rustic Athletic Club is thrilled to offer youth recreational soccer programs all year round. Through the months of June to August, RAC offers an extended, 11 week, outdoor soccer program within the Rustic community. Sessions take place at Chaminade College School and Maple Leaf Public School. Through October to March, RAC offers indoor soccer for youth that wish to play during the winter months. During this time, the club offers both a fall/winter session block (10 weeks) and a winter/spring session block (10 weeks). Below is a brief breakdown of the programs we offer; however, for more information on specific dates and program details please see the respective outdoor or indoor soccer program tabs on our website.

RUSTIC AC RECREATIONAL PROGRAM SETUP AND OUTLINE

Our U4 to U7 programming is run in the form of a soccer school. Our program’s focus is on player development which will be reflected in our age-appropriate developmental activities and game play, and we will use the Canada Soccer LTPD model as a guide. All players for each separate age group will play and train together but will be separated into groups/teams as deemed necessary by their coach.

Our U8+ Development Program will also focus on building the foundations and fundamentals of the game through activities and game play that follow Canada Soccer LTPD, but we will introduce league and game play.

Development Program U8-U12

The Rustic AC Development Program is offered for U8-U12 players and focuses on building the foundations and fundamentals of the game. The program will challenge players to enhance their technical skill set in order to develop as a player. 

Rustic AC offers Competitive Rep Programming for players looking to take their game to the next level and play in a more competitive environment. This program is focused on further developing a players soccer skill set in order to excel and compete at higher levels of play. Trained by experienced and licensed coaches, this competitive program will provide players with the opportunity to grow and learn to compete. Through this program, players will be consistently challenged in order to develop their technical, tactical, and physical abilities.

As this is a rep program, players will be expected to have a basic skill set and understanding of the game. The program will look to help players build upon the foundations and fundamentals that they have already developed, and will provide them with the opportunity to compete against high level competition. Our Competitive Rep program runs year round and these teams typically will practice and/or play 3-4 times per week (excluding holidays). Each team’s coaching staff sets scheduling & training locations specific for their team only. 

For the upcoming indoor and next outdoor season, we will be offering the following age groups:

REP FEES FOR THE 25/26 OUTDOOR SEASON WILL BE RELEASED FEBRUARY 15TH

Outdoor Payment covers from April 15th until to October 14th 

Indoor Payment covers from October 15th to April 14th.

*Some additional fees may apply throughout the season to attend additional tournaments/games*

For indoor & outdoor registrations all participating rep players will receive a program outline that summarizes  what’s included for their specific team
